Giampiero Isabella is a brand strategy specialist who focuses on understanding consumers and how best to serve them.

He is an MBA graduate from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, specializing in Marketing and Strategy, and as part of the program, studied fashion and luxury management at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Prior to his MBA, Giampiero has worked in Marketing, analyzing consumer trends and translating insights into above and below the line advertising campaigns for a large clothing retailer. Giampiero has also worked for a global Consumer Packaged Goods company, assessing product quality and making packaging improvements. He now spends his days developing online and offline promotions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada when he is not busy cheering on his beloved AC Milan football club.

Giampiero has a passion for learning about cultures from around the world and understanding what makes people different. Through extensive travel and studies abroad, Giampiero has nurtured this fascination and is an expert at identifying customer segments and tailoring solutions while keeping in mind the differences that exist among cultural groups.
